First post and looking for advice on any quality lefty even USA made archtops?

Also looking to get Bartolinis (1CTA - Tuck Andress) installed so any into on what guitars that wojld work on would be awesome.

Heritage and Eastman make quality lefty archtops for the masses.

I think the advice given here is great. I've bought two guitars from Southpaw and been happy with both. Another option to look into might be a Peerless. There's a thread here on the Peerless Monarch that might give you a better idea.
