How Many Guitar Amps Do You Own?

Thanks! My 5f1 kit was from Boot Hill Amps in Florida, USA. I bought the tweed cabinet from someone else. But I highly recommend taking the leap and building the amp yourself. It is a great learning experience and it’s a classic amp that is loads of fun to play.

But this is the latest one: Quilter Superblock US.


It’s sitting on an unfinished speaker cabinet (cut up Ikea bedside table, solid pine!) with an okd Fender-labeled 12” speaker (I suspect Eminence) inside. This little set does the job and does it pretty darn good even!

The 25 watts are easily loud enough for jazz combos and jazz jamsessions.
