That was one of the reasons that I bought one although I no longer have it. Also wanted to try a 25" scale length. I think that it is the closest thing to the Hag that Jimmy D'Aquisto was involved in producing. Really a nice guitar for the money. Great playing neck, decent pick ups, very sturdy and flawless build. It also had a small sound post under the bridge. I suggest that anyone looking for a Chinese Epiphone, or the like, should consider a Hag.

That 48 DA Style B would probably be my last guitar if I had to go down to just one guitar.

As luck would have it, I do not foresee that day.

I always liked lucite gits, but they're so heavy and hard to find... they blend in so well :-)

I lost my lucite strat somewhere in the house, I suspect I'll find it by stubbing my toe on it.

No couch (well. I have one, but it's not very photogenic): Most of this stuff I've had for a while. The Kala Tri Back Tenor Uke, the Gibson PRM 2019 (a gift), the Henriksen Bud, and the Fender Mustang PJ Bass are new this year.

Hammertone should still be allowed to use that Breuer chair.
His pic makes me rethink the term "couch archtop" ... there was a thread some months ago.

I associate jazz music with human emotions, mainly joie de vivre - wish you galore!

My two for tonight: on the right, a guitar by Ammon Meinel, luthier from East Germany. On the left... well, I’ve got no idea. All I know it’s also from East Germany.

    No, I’m not German.
