That is sweet but I feel my Peerless Sunset gets me 98% of the way there for quite a bit less $$$. Of course it’s 24.75” and has humbuckers, but still—the latter can be changed if needed. It even has a similar bridge and tailpiece.

Seriously, that size factor is great, and too bad Gibson can’t put out something similar at a more down-to-earth price. Though I guess there’s the 235, which lists at $1800.

Ridiculous price. I used to own a 1992 Gibson ES 350t. Same guitar but with the longer 25.5" scale. Nice guitar. Bought it used for under 3k.

The blurb says 1.687" (1-11/16") nut. Weren't the originals a tad narrower?

So we have a very short neck on a full 17" but narrower body. And a regular neck on a small 15" but narrower body. Seems kinda ass-backwards to me.

I just noticed in my own post above that this one has a spruce top.

There was an original 1955 ES350T for sale in Paris for 6K a few months ago.

12K for a new one is just insane.

Bought this 350-T for $2,900. You just have to negotiate.

The RI ES-350T may be targeted at affluent collectors as opposed to players, but it certainly makes a used Epiphone Elitist Byrdland (@23 1/2" scale, 1 11/16" nut width) seem like a good deal.

I got this last year. It's awesome but I don't play it nearly as much as it deserves. I'd sell it for significantly less than 14k

Check the for sale section: $6499 if you're into it.

I would be willing to bet that Steve Holst, Victor Baker or any other custom Luthier could build you one for 1/2 of Gibson's price.

I actually played one of these at Chicago Music Exchange, every other guitar I've ever played is a child's toy compared to it. Absolutely stunning.
