(interesting to find out why they make low z pedals tho)
I *think* low z works well within an efx loop. But I can't remember for sure. I have the Ernie Ball that has an internal switch to select low or high, but I haven't used it in several years.

I was doing a Tran-Siberian cover show with an orchestra, so I needed a pedal that wouldn't change my gain as I adjusted the vol up and down. But that was 3 yrs ago and I don't remember how/where I set it. But it worked

    I can recommend it.
Been curious about these, just because I want something small for my pit orch board.

DOD mini volume? Not sure if it's any good, but it sure is small/light.

For aesthetics I use the boss volume pedal that matches the roland ev-5. Always good to have an ev-5 if you're deep in the pedal game. For a high end option check out the lehle volume pedal

So I used the Roland FV50h on a gig

it worked great , I'm very pleased with it

(Its got less travel than my very old full fat Ernie Ball
which I still prefer , but it weighs a ton
and I'm trying to get my rigs weight down)

But I'll be using the Roland for sure .....
    Thanks everyone for the advice
    this place is great
