Hello there,

I was interested for this japan Ibanez (1981 model) customized with the Gibson handbacker in order to be transformed in jazz guitar. Please see below the photos.

As it can be seen Gibson classic 57 micro directly installed in the upper deck, thus without big modifications of the wood (I hope so!!). I wonder to ask your opinion regarding the quality of the wood of the particular guitar. How do you think might such modification by the installed pick-up influence acoustic properties of the particular model? does the jazz uncoated strings influence badly the acoustic quality of initially acoustic guitar?

Thanks in advance!
