Check out this AT 350. I'd never heard of these guitars, but the 350 looks like a 1 pickup Tal Farlow. Might be real nice. Anyone have experience with these?

Not to confound matters event further, here's two that look interesting to me:
Also, the more pricey Westville models look awesome as well!

I have an AT350 Classic and an AT 105
    Absolutely adore both of them
The only thing I don’t love about them is that no matter what I do I can’t seem to get them to multiply.
    Seriously they are wonderful guitars.

hahaha! Man, if I was just rich, id buy both and the AT130.

i’m trying to avoid selling my gears to buy another one, I’m still saving up to get one and I dont want to buy the wrong one (not about quality or anything, mostly for the thing I’ll use it for) and sell gear to get the right one. So i’m taking my time deciding.

i’m not a jazz player, though, Ive been learning from a Jazz teacher and we’re a few sessions in and we started om Jazz Blues first as I came from a blues background and he thought it would be easier for me to transition into pure jazz. But im still no good! Hehe.

Are the guitars as heavy as a Gibson ES-175 in weight?

I'm glad someone asked that question.

I'd be interested in the weight of that 'Single P/U TF' model as well.
    I've been looking for new guitars offered like that -- laminated, * non-floater * single p/u, 17 in.x 3.....

    Thanks.

Have a look at this, it is said to be 2.83kg
Japanese usually give guitar weight in their specs

    2.83kg = 6.24 lbs.

That'd probably put the AT 350 at about seven # + - - basically the same as a Wesmo which I'd like to reduce a little.....

    Thx

I'm already feeling that way after picking up a lefty AT102 yesterday. It was a steal and my intention was to use it as backup to my early '90s 165. Fantastic build and tone!

They really are fantastic, I ended up selling my AT-105 and picking up a ATC150CC

the Charlie Christian pickup is a perfect match for my Vintage47 VA-185
it’s fantastic vintage sounding octal goodness

What is the neck profile like on the at105? Like a 59vos or thinner?

Okay, it’s not a Gibson but an AT is not an Eastman either. I’d rather spend $3k for a highly produced AT rather than $3k for an Eastman. And I’d put the BK CC on the top of the list for an archtop I’d like to own.

Haven't played a 59 vos. It is thicker than an Ibanez AS 200 or Ibanez PM but not as thick as
my Heritage 535 with 50s profile.
My Sadowsky Semi Hollow is also flatter.
I like the AT 105 neck a lot.
    Hope that helps.

On a whim, some seven years ago, while in Japan, I went by Walkin in Shibuya and tried out about twenty guitars; I fell in love with the AT 350 and bought one on the spot.

It has a P90 pickup and I had an underbridge piezo installed; I run both inputs into one of those K&K situations.

It’s the greatest guitar. I am leaving for tour and spent the last week playing it all day every day, googled Archtop Tribute online and found this thread and wished to just shout my love to the world
