If you look at the serial numbers, they are not the same. The expensive set Have a 'J' in the serial number, while the cheaper ones have a 'C'. I would imagine they are country of origin, because Super 58's were made in Japan, China, and Korea.

I've had four budget-to-mid-priced Ibanez guitars with Super 58s. They've all sounded just great. The current AFJ-91 from 2014 has neck PU stamped S 58-N on the lower right corner. At a recent jazz camp, a fellow guitarist played a recent, premium Ibanez semi-hollow (didn't memorize the model) with un-stamped PUs, which must have been Super 58s of one sort or another. You can't go wrong with these.
