Indeed, I believe this is the one that broke a few years back and it's been fixed ..Filip Fiebiger Guitar - Tailpiece of my beloved Peerless Maestro broke into pieces a while ago... Fortunately thanks to ?liwa Guitars this lady is now like brand new and plays beautifully. Wanna a proof? ? There is a brand new video on my YouTubeOriginally Posted by va3ux

Haven't played an Imperial, I think they are bigger than a Maestro. I love the MT Maestro though as I'm a finger style guy. Smaller than the Imperial I think but extremely easy to play, very linear especially in the upper frets. Got to tour the Benedetto factory in Savanah last week and got to play a few VERY nice guitars. Some from $16 to $25+ k and I still feel great about my Maestro. I did replace the pup with a 12 pole KA handwound with direct wiring to the plug and also removed the pick guard as I play free hand and it was in the way. I also use a DPA 4099 condenser mic for the acoustical part of the tone. You wont be disappointed with a Maestro if finger style is your bag. Very reactive and balanced sound. Hope you find your girl. Good luck!Originally Posted by panxacontent
