Okay, I feel like I need to drop the Zeidler in here. The tailpiece really puts it over the top for me.

Here are my two Triggs guitars: the New Yorker and the St. Croix.
The St. Croix has a more traditionally-beautiful back, but I think the NYer is beautiful as well:

On the one hand, I’m grateful that I can afford a few nice guitars in this stage of my life.
On the other hand, it saddens me a bit that I can only afford them because I’m not a musician.

Yes, fiddleback, quartersawn mahogany. It is not a carved back but a ladder braced back like a flattop.

Because theres a Lombardozzi thread heres my new L, I love the looks of all my guitars but this one is very unique and the only one like this hes built. All solid beautiful carved Sepele pomele back and sides (very rare figure in solids) Sitka top, Gabon ebony with beautiful stripe on tailpiece and fretboard and Gabon binding on the fretboard! (subtle things like that to me are the mark of a top craftsman) I was gonna show my Heritage G.E. which I think is gorgeous but with all the show stoppers Ive seen here the uniqueness and workmanship of Seans guitar was something we old guys have been talking about. 13/1/2" 1/7/8" 25" scale A smaller lighter guitar that sounds like a very good full size (17x3?) archtop plugged in and nice tone and volume for practicing unplugged.

Alright I will join. Probably has to be one of these two Buscarinos. Take your pick!

Although this Tele isn't a shabby choice either for best looking of the bunch
