I have been looking for a natural Campellone Special for a while now. I finally found one with the exact specs I wanted. It’s a 2007 model that has seen very little use and is in mint condition. It’s Mark’s “antique natural” finish. What a lovely guitar this is.

You picked up a win today for sure. Play the frets off it and gives us a run down on how is sounds compared to some of your other guitars. I would like to know especially the GJS I know you like and is probably one of the best ones.

Congratulations! What a beautiful archtop!!!

Looks like you've scored a beauty, Keith - if you tell me the serial number I can let you know what the original finish spec was -

Man what a beauty. Looks like the wood has darkened a bit due to natural oxidation (?), giving it an even more luxurious look. Congrats on a very memorable new guitar day. Play it often!!!

Keith, that's a beauty. Congratulations on the new Special. There's a reason they're called that! Yours is Especial, I think!

Beautiful! Just the photos make me want to play. Congrats!

Congratulations Keith! That's a real beauty. Will be interested to hear the difference between that one and the 25" scale model, which I also have and love. I would imagine you will get a bit more lows, and maybe highs.
What pickup do you have on this one?

Very nice, and I'll bet that's an excellent pickup. I love the 12 pole, though I'm not crazy about the non-traditional black look. The sound wins out in the end though!
And yes, the original order says antique natural, and it is interesting to see how the finish changes in 20 years. Yours has warmed up nicely! I also like how the back figure on yours looks, with the ribbon across and also grain heading up and down, mine looks very similar:
An as Mark said, 3" depth that he has standardized on now.

Mark sure has put a lot of “GREAT” guitars into this world.
And quite a few too considering he is a one man show.
God bless him.
