So, what scale we thinking here? Very exciting
-
Very cool! I wonder what the specs are for the pickup.
-
Anyone know ….
Does this mean that Ibanez are
producing this model now ?
(I don’t see it on their website yet)
thanks
-
Wow already. I knew it was in the works but didn't expect it this fast
-
I emailed Chicago Music Exchange last night, sent them the link and asked if they're getting them in stock. They open in 40 minutes and I'll let you guys know what I hear back.
-
Copy of his Slaman looks like.

Pretty exciting but I've never used a CC pickup and the price is a touch high imo

I prefer the 25 1/5 scale too, but it’s so cool to see the CC pickup. I’ll have to try it in person.

Perhaps the mods can merge these two threads?

Its got a big ol' b string notch in the pickup magnet.
-
I did reach out to the dealer and asked a couple questions and the he verified that the guitar is all laminate (of course but I checked just in case) and it has 24.7" (I think he meant 24.75") scale length. He said he reached out to Ibanez for details on the neck profile.

That looks very cool. I don’t think the price is crazy, given the market these days, for a quality guitar that fits a need.
I would still want to play it to see how it feels and sounds. I’ve never played a CC guitar. Pat got me to buy a 175 back in the day, and if it’s good enough for Pat, prolly I’d like it too.

am i the only one who finds the screws strange?
