All 4 books were purchased new and are unread. They may have some minor damage from shipping. Please see photos. They have been stored in a smoke free environment on the bookshelf in my music room....
I have the L280TN pickup in two guitars and like it a lot. It is dead silent in regard to hum. It's a bit airier, clearer than a traditional Tele neck pickup. I also have the Strat version of that...
The archtop Johnny Mac plays in the Dexter Gordon movie appeared to be an archtop with a Telecaster neck pick up. I think that is an interesting idea that I would like to try.
Week 12. Day 3 of Modal Madness at 90 bpm. I decided not to bump up the bpm this evening. Per JBN's suggestion, I really tried to focus on the rhythmic aspect of the music in tonight's exercises. As...

HA! I never learned the head to ND. I tried it, and tried it, and just didn't hear a melody there. Listened to the recordings, and just didn't enjoy the melody. Most tunes when I learn them I think...
Well I did cheat a little... left out the dominants in the A section, just played over GM7 and EbM7. Tried to shoe-horn some bop licks in there, but I think some of the interesting stuff in the bass...
