    I read somewhere that’s what Kenny G does now!

    Playing an instrument is very therapeutic though, even if it doesn’t go that well, at least it takes your mind off everything else for a while.

    I've never warmed to the idea that music is therapy. I certainly don't do it because I have problems, I do it because I like it, it's part of me. Otherwise we may as well take up basket weaving.

    Music isn't therapy, but playing music can be therapeutic.

    I did it. I succeeded in becoming a day trader. Now it's just coolin out at home, playing music whenever I want, trading, and doing other stuff.
