No really. Before this thread disappears amongst string, cable and tuner threads, if you like music check it out.

Yellowstone - Terrible.
I don't care about any of these characters.
-
Last great show I watched was Mare of Easttown.
-
I'm going to check out Treme.

I didn't say much, but after words I asked my wife if she noticed that and she did.
For these type of soap opera type T.V. series, viewers have to have someone that can root for (i.e. care about). Hard to get behind a show where all one wants is to see each of the selfish a-holes get what is coming to them!

Hollywood- musicians are punks.
Yeah well who are all these MeToo actresses with now?

I only watch Korean dramas. Daebak!

Train to Busan was awesome. High octane Korean zombies.
Yellowstone looks like an outdated right wing fantasy. Come to the desert, Kevin.
What's Daebak all about? I'll find out.

Now it's more about boy groups and girl groups
(Don't get me started on why a 10-person group is called Pentagon, not Decagon!)
(Yes, I do think they know what cookie is slang for)

... but as for TV and K-dramas, they just more varied and fun compared to what I see from other countries. And the beauty standards for women, well, I can't complain

The Wailing was good.
Kim Dickens is in Treme. People are hot or cold with her. I like her.
