Had anyone dealt with Mallet Finger?

I jammed my ring finger a long time ago and as a result I lost control and range of motion in it. I feel like it is impacting my technique quite a bit.

Has anyone else dealt with this and treated or cured Mallet Finger?

Sorry I do not know what a Mallet Finger is.

However I sometimes have a problem with the middle finger of my left hand, it comes and goes. I found somebody who practices French Acupuncture. This means that instead of needles, he shoots tiny bullets in your ear, on spots that correspond with the problem area. He finds these spots with lasers.

Perhaps somebody like that could help you too.

    Good luck,

Thanks Tonnie. Mallet finger is a condition where the tendon is damaged and one can't extend the tip of the finger.

    It's a common sports injury.

I had a mallet toe a few decades ago. Surgery to shorten the bone and joint fusion. Hope you don't have to go there.
