I had cats named Django, Prez and Chet.

I had cats named Winston, Bogart, and Gracie (current). Dog names included Nell, Maggie May, Paddington, Daisy, and Rosebud (current). For me, life is better with animals. And, with grand kids of course.

I knew someone with a male beagle who liked Daisy so much she named him that!

Chihuahua and something else. Maybe a chiweenie or a chi-terry. Mother is a deer head chihuahua with down turned ears like this guy so she is a mix. They are rescue dogs. We thought about going the breeder route this time, but we are good with this guy.

    Cute pup.
I voted for Baxter but think Roscoe is a fine name too. Isn't that what they called a handgun private-eye novels?

Cute pup. Your poll did not offer other choices, so I'd go with Baxter, since dogs tend to respond better to hard sounding names.

    This is my second choice...

What a gorgeous little thing! Yes, Baxter for sure out of the offered names.

We had an Alfie until recently. A Maltese. Miss him like anything.

Nico, because it’s the coolest of them all. Roscoe is too overused. Baxter doesn’t fit his small size. See how easy that was.

Well, my wife is a dog nut and I support the cause fully plus I am the one who walks the dogs. We agreed immediately: Baxter.
