On chrome, you can turn it off using the "manage extensions" setting.

One way to get there is to click on the three dots on the right end of the top menu. Then "more tools" -> "extensions"

Google is amateurs.

edit: google is an army of smart amateurs. very annoying.

Available shortcuts:
- Ctrl+Alt+H: toggle the menu's visibility
- Ctrl+Alt+G: toggle the visualizer's visibility.

Nice potential, thanks, but wish it was not Chrome specific. For me, at least, Chrome’s a major resource hog. As always, YMMV.
