The latest song by The Crazy Assholes, a duo consisting of Frank Pratte (fep) and yours truly.
The lyrics appear onscreen during the video.
Please watch on YouTube and please subscribe to the channel.
We each have our own channels, but the one exclusively for Crazy Assholes stuff is small and lonesome. Thank you!

This is a bit tangential to your post, but I was thinking about the name of your duo. I teach ESL as a volunteer through the local library system and many of my students are of Mexican descent. To better able work with them, I have been learning Spanish. I have found that if I feel the need to "swear", doing it in Spanish works very nicely as long as there aren't any Spanish speaking people around. I did it once at a board meeting for our condo association and one of our Mexican-American families was there. They just about died laughing. When our property manager asked what I said, they said it was something about the weather, and saved me from an argument.
The name of your duo would then be: Pendejos locos (pronounced pendayhoes locos), which sounds very intriguing to the non-Spanish speaking crowd. Then on stage you could refer to each other as "cabron", which is kinda the same thing, only a bit stronger, and referring to a specific person.
Nicely done tune by the way, as well as good advice in your lyrics.

Nonetheless, an alternative to Crazy Assholes is worth considering. (I can't post under that name at the Tele Forum---they just delete the posts.)

Willburyish. Good tones. Enjoyed it.

This refers to using words such as "shoot", "friggin", "freakin", darn, etc. Everybody knows what these mean as well as terms such as "shut the front door", but apparently as long as they aren't saying the "real" words, by pretending not to, that passes muster somehow. I think saying the real words, but in Spanish is a better and more honest approach. As an example, instead of saying the words represented by "WTF", "que carajo" says exactly the same thing in a more palatable manner. What I mean by "honest" is that if one is going to say the word, don't say it and pretend not to.
These days the word "f$%^" has come to be a means of expressing frustration rather than its original intention and s$%^ has just become another word. In other words, just as the word "awesome" has lost any impact because these days everything is "awesome" rather than on seeing the Grand Canyon for the first time, so have some of the more colorful words in our vocabulary lost their impact through common usage and broadening of their meanings and application.
I don't know why I got off on this tangent. Maybe because I teach ESL and therefore think about language from a different perspective than I did before volunteering to do this. Also, I have been teaching our care taker to say these things in Spanish because some people complain about his "colorful" language.

Folks may find this translation of your groups name less offensive, since it's an actual medical term.

But better make it "crazy butt syndrome" lest you be mistaken for a Grateful Dead cover band.

Even simpler, body weight squats. Just squat down and go back up. If you can't do that, sit in a chair and get back up 5 times without using your hands. If you don't work your body, it falls apart.
That reply is to both of you guys. Not just Bobby.

I do some different kinds of squats for functional exercise but leg pressing 300 lbs straight up is where the bulk of my muscle building comes from.
