Just wondering... Starting the B section with a IV is such a standard move I wonder what songs (if any) went with a twist and started the B section with iv.

The Night Has a Thousand Eyes moves to iv in its B section but it's acting as the ii chord in a ii-V-I progression (Gmaj7 > C-7 F7 Bbmaj7) . Does that count?

The IVm actually serves as the IIm7 of the key Bb to which the tune is modulating.
