Has anyone played Kol Nidre on guitar? I was asked to perform it next month however, I can't find a good video of someone performing it on guitar.

Any recommend scores? The challenge will be the deep vibrato used by a cello as normally used.

Thanks for the videos. I will check them out as soon as I have some more bars omy phone.

I'm thinking I will need some reverb/delay to capture some of the gravitas of the cello.

This is only my opinion though.

“Kol Nidri” would sound great played on a nice metal bodied tricone resophonic guitar. The sounds needed fit one perfectly.
I am going to try it on an OM guitar playing with fingers without nails.

Will do. I am away from home and practicing it on a tele. Definitely not the right guitar for this...

If you want to approach the sound of a cello you should really consider nylon strings.
