due to finances would upgrading the nut, bridge and tuners make an difference in sound of a Dolce Cordoba guitar?

The reply above clearly comes from someone or something more familiar with crypto currency than with guitars.
You can upgrade the saddle easily on a flattop acoustic guitar (including classical), but not the bridge. Those are not made to be replaced unless that come off by accident.
Changing the tuners will have not have a noticeable impact on sound, if at all, unless the ones currently installed are rattling or unreliable.
Nut and saddle are probably already bone on your guitar so here too you will probably find little benefit from an upgrade unless there's something wrong with. At best your guitar will become less prone to buzzing and maybe it will intonate better.
Did you buy the guitar new and did it ever get a proper set up? That can make a lot of difference for the playability and intonation, and improving those while reducing buzzes can make the instrument feel like a better one because you'll enjoy playing it more.
What are you looking to change in the sound?
