Composed in 1952 by Gerhard Winkler
I just wanted to make an SG version of this lovely tune.

You're one of my favorite players in this forum. You consistently play in time and with feeling, no superfluous notes - the hallmarks of a refined player. Keep posting.

Great, thank you!
Interesting.. seems like playing upside down with a pick in solo guitar style is even more comfortable than traditional tuning.
Melody is really under the pick and fingers are around bass strings)

Wow! Bravo!!!

superb Uffe !
i loved everything about that
performance
PS
would you mind sharing what
amp/pre-amp/pedal you are using
there
I love the slight distortion you get
as you dig-in
It is exactly the sound I’m trying
to get (with pedals etc)

Dear Uffe, I hear some pop style in your playing,or am I wrong?
Cheers

I’m after that kinda sound
in a mobile rig for gigging
i did a bit of research
and it seems the Pocket Pod
has those amp and speaker models
in it ….
I’ll have to try out a pocket pod
sometime !
So thanks again for helping me
in my quest Uffe ….

Inspired by you I dialled in
a Marshall 1959 amp , they have
a matchless 2x12 but it was too bright for me ….
the zoom marshall seemed to work best with the Orange 4x12 cab ….
nice and warm
I turned down the marshall input gain a bit , upped the master vol , tweaked the tone controls and it seems quite nice
(tho not as good as your Line 6 Marshall sound)
I’m quite pleased with it ,
it might be usable for me on gigs
with a bit more tweaking
and no money spent , hurrah !
hurrah

whatever i did with the eq ….
do you go straight into a fender
amp live ?

next up , i think I’m gonna try out a
Universal Audio Dream 65 pedal , it’s a model of a 65 delux reverb
it sounded very good in
some youtube demos I just viewed

I dont know how the 65 pedal should be set up.
For live concerts I normally go straight into my Fender Jazz Ultralight amp with speaker
Thoughts on the L5 Signature?
