I'm looking for suggestions for tunes to learn in chord/melody style that have the Metheny kind of sound signature, modern, slash chords, suspended, fusion influence. Doesn't need to be Metheny but I love this sound. I've been working on "Always and Forever" and have "James" on deck next, both awesome tunes! What might you suggest in this vein? Thanks for any ideas!!!
