    Thanks! After seeing a fair bit of use (I'm now the "setup guy") the quote-unquote neck rest is becoming too battered to use. I need a more proper one, I'll see what I can make with my glue gun skills

    So, you should be interested by details of my neck rest: a piece of cork glued on a wooden post.

    That was my setup when I was a kid. (Although the amp was either a Audition 20 or Audition Chorus.)

    Not always jeans.. word to the wise.. done wear shorts when soldering.

    So... three screwdrivers, 4 cutters, a pound and a half of solder, and clamps. Last pickup give you some trouble?
