Zvonimir Tot is a jazz guitarist, composer, and arranger. His style is deeply rooted in the jazz tradition, but flavored by his European origin. Zvonimir holds degrees from Northern Illinois University ( DeKalb , Illinois ), Amsterdam Conservatory ( Amsterdam , The Netherlands), and Franz Liszt Academy of Musical Arts ( Budapest , Hungary ). He has performed in The United States, The Netherlands, Germany , Hungary , Czech Republic , Romania , Croatia , and Yugoslavia . As a jazz musician, Zvonimir Tot has performed and/or recorded with Johnny Frigo (violin), Niels-Henning Ørsted Pedersen (double bass, Denmark), Paul Wertico (drums), Scott Hamilton (tenor sax), Billy Harper (tenor sax, New York), Reggie Workman (double bass, New York), Larry Gray (bass), Peter King (alto & soprano sax, Great Britain), Larry Novak (piano), Mark Colby (tenor sax), Marshall Vente (piano), Deborah Carter (vocal, USA-Holland), John Engels (drums, Holland), and many others.
