 Hello The Jobim tune 'The Girl form Ipanema'. The A section is in F, apart from the the G7 and F#7 chord. Which chord scale(s) would you use? I'm using the F# lydian b7 for F#7 and G mixolydian for G7. What do you think? Also does anybody know of any websites which have detailed harmonic analysis's of standards, which would mention about chord scales? Last edited by The Clave kid : 04-12-2010 at 06:24 PM.     |
