Help real book confusion

Hi everyone,
I am a first timer on the Forum, saying hello, but I've also got a request:
does anyone have sensible suggestions for the chords for"How Insensitive"?
Whatever version of the Real Book I've tried, they were not very convincing.
Suggestions, pleeease!!!

If you can find the original sheet music and look carefully at the piano music it will give you a sense of what the changes actually are.

BTW the changes that Uli listed are the changes that are commonly played. Unless of course the piano player is a prima dona

Have you tried different inversions and shapes? Makes a world of difference.

how insensitive bras chords.jpg

typical bossa voicings--not all will transpose nicely to Dm.
