A little help, please read this

Hi everyone!! I'm from Mexico, I like jazz so much and I recently started to play guitar. I've been searching for jazz guitar methods and I found this amazing dvd: "Mel Bay's Anyone can play jazz guitar". But I have a big problem, this video is in english and as you can see my english suc&s!! and I can't understand almost nothing. So I will appreciate if any of you help me to transcribe word by word what he is saying. Of course if I read I can understand better than if I hear. Here it is a little part of the movie in .mp3, I extracted only the sound:

Your English looks fine. There is a site in Spanish that has lessons.
