Help Chords wanted: "Happy Times" by Bob Crosby & the Bobcats

Maybe this song isn't jazz per se, but I have a feeling that it uses jazz chords. I'm not looking for anything incredibly in depth, but the basic chord progression would benefit me greatly.

I'm dressing them up a little (sometimes it sounds like they're just playing triads and not always 7th chords), but this is the general picture.
