Default Jazz Chord e-book

Hi, I seen to be having trouble getting the free e-book on jazz chords,Tried several times with no luck and no responce or e-mail.
can anyone help?

hey matt,

the e-book is given as a gift when you subscribe to the jazzguitar.be newsletter. kind of like a getting started souvenir

it's very useful for us beginners...
