Default Automatic Log Out Time

I am finding it annoying that I keep getting logged out of the site automatically. What is the automatic log out time, about 5 or 10 minutes? By the time I read some postings and write a response I usually have to log back in to post it.

Is anyone else having this experience?

Any chance we can increase the time we stay logged in - at least to 15 or 20 minutes?

Thanks,
Russell

If you check the box "stay logged in" when you log in, you won't have to log in at all unless you clean out your cookies file on the computer. I never log out and don't get logged out by the forum unless I reformat the hard drive or something like that. I was once logged in for about a year or something like that...

Same is true of Youtube and a lot of other sites, BTW, now that I think about it.

It's nearly always to do with a corrupted cookie. Simply close your browser, delete your internet cookie, then restart the browser and log in, saying "stay logged in". That solves it, most times.
