Dave Brubeck - Her Name is Nancy Chords Requested

Hey everyone,

I know its an extremely tall order, but would anyone happen to know the intro chords to Her Name is Nancy by Dave Brubeck? Its kind of about the first 30 seconds. I have been trying to figure them out for a long time, but the wide intervals in the piano chords and the speed of it all is tough. I love the sound though! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can't read music - but if anyone has strong reading skills maybe you can come up with a guitar friendly version of the chords. Thanks for any help!

I get it. They're really dense voicings, some of them with all the available tensions. I tried to indicate all of them for you. Does that do anything?

If you read across this, each line/row is one bar of 5/4. So, your whole intro is represented there.

What you'd probably want to do for guitar is take Dave's top-most note and try to voice something similar underneath it. For example, the first voicing is E-11 with an A on top. Probably like so:
