Mark levine jazz theory is very comprehensive,but it is only for those who want to take jazz seriously.I Have found it to be a book that getsclearer as time goes on.
Sorry stevo i should have asked ,you say yore new to jazz so i assume your not new to guitar where are you on a theory level,and how long have you been playing and what styles,ill try to help you if i can.
