Default Blue Bossa (impro)

Hi guys, I've been practicing playing on Blue Bossa changes and have recorded it for their opinion freely.
My goal is to learn, so freely criticize and recommend some tips for improvement.
Greetings!

I am no Jazz guitar expert so I can't comment on your technique, but I can say your playing sounded great to me.

Keep in mind that there are people in this world who have negative things to say about Wes Montgomery and Joe Pass so I would keep in mind that not all comments are of any value.

Nice interpretation of one of my favorite Jazz songs.

First things that come to mind i- "original" and "tasteful" - good choice of notes, original melody lines, and really nice to listen to. Very well played.

Thank you very much for your comment.
As for acid criticism, I have no problem, you can always learn something even if the criticism is of malicious.

You displayed lots of great technique in that piece. I like your arpeggio rakes and it was pretty cool that you did the Wes octave into block chords thing. Your timing was good and for the most part everything sounded in key. Only thing I can recommend and which I disagree with the poster above, is that you can work on targeting note choice a bit more. You had great lines but I was hoping to get hit with some "sweet" notes to resolve those lines. I'm not great at theory so it's hard for me to explain what notes to target, but that is something I'm working on myself and was able to notice it here as well.

Well done and congratulations for putting yourself out there!
