Default Infant Eyes, solo guitar

JonnyPac's most recent thread inspired me a bit, thinking about what kind of stuff I really like playing and that I feel resonates with me.

I've known this tune for a few years and I haven't really arranged it here - just playing it quite straight and simple. It's a pretty enough tune on its own without me coming in and mucking things up.

Enjoy, and any comments or criticisms are welcome. I don't really do much chord melody or solo guitar stuff, but felt like sharing this tune.

Beautiful Jake, thanks. I always feel we only have so many ballads or spill our gut type of compositions... spill our soul etc...
I just wish I knew how many... Thanks for posting Reg

Great tune, nice arrangement. On a tune like this, where the melody is SO good, simple is better...

Now I gotta arrange this one! Dangit, Jake, you're making me work!

Thanks guys! On guitar I feel like there's a lot of potential to make this tune ugly...I think the "non-functional" harmony is a good yield sign to any typical solo guitar embellishments that probably wouldn't work on the tune anyway. I appreciate the support, really.

Very cool arrangement! Really comes across strong.

I like the spaces you use instead of filling everything up with chords. Makes the build up more effective!
