 Band in the Box- Midi Question Hi.. I want to conect my Roland E-28 keyboard to computer via MIDI-USB and send from Band in the Box chord notes (and Midi Start, Stop, and all the other importent midi msg) to the Roland to get better trucks- using the keyboards playbacks. Did anyone try this??     |

 What do you mean the keyboards' playback? You can connect up midi in and out of your interface to the keyboards midi in and out, and send the backing, so that the sounds being played are your keyboards sounds. That's easy-just set the midi drivers in BIAB to midi in and out mpu 401. No need for midi commands like start, stop etc--you are not syncing the keyboard, or using it's sequencer-you are just using it's tone generator to make the sounds. |
