Check This Out! ChordPulse

Hello everyone!

I'm a pianist and programmer working on ChordPulse, a backing band software for music practice, improvisation, and composition. I would really appreciate it if you could share your thoughts on this tool. I hope you find it useful and inspiring. Your feedback is very important to me. Thank you.

Gave it a go. It's pretty cool and if I didnt have band in a box I would find it useful for improvisation. I would say its a good cheap alternative to BIAB but it really needs the ability to add your own altered chords or at least have more chords to choose from. It doesnt even have m7b5.

I figured out how to use it pretty quickly. The help page is easy to follow.

If you're still working on it I would make adding more/custom chords your top priority.

btw are you the same laszlo from the ahk forums?

Default Thank you

Hi Blis,

Thank you very much for checking ChordPulse. The chord palette will be extended to include five additional 7th chords. In addition, an extra switch is planned to add the 2nd/9th note to any chord.
All the best,
Laszlo

PS: Regarding ahk forums: I don't even know what ahk stands for, Laszlo is one of the most common names in Hungary :-)
