Default band in a box.......

checking out BIAB, looks like they have a fair measure of jazz although some seems to be smooth jazz, featured as well are, rock, country, and blue grass . all swell music, i just have no interest in playing it. my interests lie with somewhat older jazz styles, (not smooth) ,and blues. after reading the things on their site, i'm still confused, if you buy the baib pro set up , do you need to buy the supplement, jazz guitar , and blues guitar things as well? i hope this makes sense. i will try to call this company, i just would like to hear from some of the citizens on this , i fiquire i'll get the real deal on this, from you guys, before i talk to the folks trying to sell me stuff i don't need. thank you ,in advance , freddy j

Default Biab

Hi, if you have BIAB, there are user groups in Yahoo Groups that are dedicated to jazz BIAB. There are Fake and Real book music charts that you can download and play on BIAB. Tons of it actually. Definitely worth a look. I download tunes from these groups constantly. Its a great learning tool and you can make decent backing tracks from them.

I got BIAB last month. I like it. I go more for the Texas swing stuff, but I'm not very good at Jazz yet.
I don't like the sound of the strings much. I turn off the guitar. I mostly use drums, bass, Piano and some horns that don't sound too synthy (word?).

Thanks jezzmuz1k for heads up on yahoo. I'll go check that out.
