Default Presonus Studio One help needed

I recently pruchased and installed Presonus Studio One guitar recording software. I am having some trouble understanding the PDF manual that came with it. I find the instructions very vague.
I registered on the Presonu Studio One Forum five days ago hoping to find some answers. They have not activated my account yet ! I cannot post until my account is activated.
I emailed Presonus Tech Support twice and one of the moderators of the forum twice asking to be activated or who to contact to activate my account. No response !!!!!

Perhaps someone here could help me. I would like to know the exact steps to create a loop, and how to copy / paste. I use BIAB and GuitarPro5 with no problem. Although Studio One is much more sophisticated I know I would have no problem using it if the manual was more explicit.

I would like to mention that their customer support leaves alot to be desired.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you............

Gregg

Hi

Sorry but I don't use that software so I can't answer your question. However, there are a few other forums that are aimed at home recordists where you might get some assistance. Try Tweakheadz, Sound on Sound (SOS) or Home Rcording.com.

Thank you, very much. At least I feel there is some light at the end of the tunnel.
