Wim Overgaauw has a long out of print book called "The European Jazz Guitar" that may still be available from Fretsonly.com; in any event, if you can find it, get it! Some great lessons and techniques, and a number of great solo arrangements. Paul Weeden left the US for Norway long ago, and was active there.
