    forum about rock guitar?

I struggle finding right forum for me. This one seems to be the only one reasonable, bub I'm interested mostly in rock.

Most of forums are gear oriented and this is not what I'm looking for.

Do you know any forums like this one, but about rock music?

Harmony Central, while not about rock per se, tends to have a pretty strong rock crowd.

    Tdpri...

It's telecaster based...but it has a huge population, it's well moderated, and there's a big rock crowd.

But talk up some rock ib the "other styles" subforum here too... Jazz folks often have a wide listening pallate...for example, i listen to a lkt of dub, reggae and old ska, as well as electronic and hip hop records...

I grew up listening to rock and blues. I was a late-comer to jazz as a serious pursuit.

Scatting, as this is sometimes called, directly improves your ability to play what you heard, which in turn sounds less like someone playing memorized patterns."

I second that. I had a blast over at ibreathe when I was into other styles of music, prior to switching to jazz full time.
When I was browsing the forums, the members were always very helpful and encouraging, and lots of knowledgeable people shared their knowledge.

I don't know if it's like that now, because forum demographics change over time, but I think it's your kind of forum if you're looking for advice specifically for rock music.

That being said, do stick around Mr. hellbike. The people here can help you with guitar related questions that are not genre specific: technique, time, harmony, theory etc...
In my opinion, it's good that we have a diverse member base because everybody adds something to the community.
