c) Quality & age of the soundboard or top, and wood.
d) Intonation & harmonics, sustain etc.
e) Projection & response.
f) Diverse bracing patterns and the “golpe” or taping
h) different kinds of bridges, thickness & symmetric, etc.

2) PLAYABILITY

a) Bridge measurements (even distance between holes, bridge proper height etc)
b) Action (millimetres between 6th and 12 fret, etc)
c) Tension of the guitar while playing.

3) BEAUTY

a) Kind of varnish (how it affects the sound etc)
b) Colors of wood & kinds of woods traditional and beyond.

Be creative and share your creativity!

Where are these guitars made and where can I purchase them? Did you design them?
Any dealers in New York? I am in the market for a new classical guitar(not flamenco) would these guitars work for that or are they especially designed for flamenco?

Here you can find some cheep pieces of junk and some over priced sticks with metal fittings.

Guitars, Musical Instruments, and Musical Equipment from Guitar Center

But, if you are mid forties or fifties, only listened to surf music, and want to start a band with your drinking buddy from church, your mistress's brother, and the weird guy from your office on drums, then it probably has all you need except talent (but that's overrated anyway).

Interesting

I hope the OP doesn't mind this blatant hi-jacking of his threads, but I do like the way we can 'loop off into space' without frigging up more deserving subjects. Long may he post! Keep 'em coming Ruby baby; there are plenty enough of us here to fill your mailbox with 'interesting' snippets and light-hearted banter. Allows us to let off steam, and have 'parallel' dialogues with our fellow forum members on 'off' subjects.
What the heck could I add on the original subject? I've never had a classical guitar in my life (I told you, I play drums..!) and couldn't tell a twin Ramirez from a Twin Reverb (no, there I'm exaggerating slightly; going deaf, not blind...). There's not much on the TV often enough to enable me to peruse these posts, and it pleases me slightly to believe that Ruby receives these 'gems'. I hope he appreciates them almost as much as I appreciate his.
I'm (almost...) going to miss them when they stop...

To be honest Randall I don't think Ruben really cares. He has an agenda and I would wager that his agenda has nothing to do with being a member of this forum.

I thought I read something in this from Billkath about how people make money from getting their tags or links on as many sites as they could. Had to do with advertising revenue or something like that. My evidence for this is that he has posted his standings from some search engine as some kind of proof that he is relavant.

The other reason I say this is because he doesn't really interact with anybody here. No matter what you post he just uses it as an excuse to drop more of his "bombs".

Look at the post where he is asked specific questions about where his guitars are made and such. The only question he answers is where you can buy one. All the other questions are avoided. Couple that with the fact that there have been accusations of misrepresentation of these guitars on other forums and one has to wonder what is up with this.

Other people have been here trying to obviously sell stuff. Most members here frown on that practice but to these sellers credit, most do answer your questions and even take part in discussions. Those that don't eventually move on. Ruben hasn't moved on

It only qualifies if you are a disciple of Paco De Lucia and a hardcore spammer.

See what I mean. Instead of rubutal saying no that's not why I'm here, we get further proof showing us that he's here to just drop his links hawking his guitars

I checked out the link. It appears that these grants are guitars 'valued' at $15000. Geez I thought they were giving away $15000 in cash.

These guitars aren't worth 15000$-nobody in their right mind would pay that much. Even 1500 would be overpriced. The guitars are not made in spain.
I put them in the same category as Esteban guitars-when are you going to get a Zorro hat Ruben? It might suit you.

So you mean to tell me that the guitar that he is playing in the photo is $21,000? and it's one of your Andalusian guitars? If it was truly a Marcelo Barbero from 1946 I would believe it. However since these are made in you shop (where is that shop by the way? ) what makes you think they're worth $21000? I don't think any of todays makers get that kind of cash. What makes your guitar so expensive? It ceartainly isn't the wood since Indian rosewood is not that expensive. (Perhaps if it was Brazilian)

As for Paco playing your guitars, you've convinced me to join his forum and ask him.

It is amazing how much you can do on photoshop these days, although it is easy to tell the head of paco is pasted on another persons body.
Even if he was playing one-maybe he just tried it out. He is not using this piece of junk. I have seen him play live-he wasn't playing this-I would have remembered the ugly headstock.
Why are they costing 210000 dollars? Seems way to high!! Unless Andres Segovia owned it, nobody would drop that type of coin on an acoustic guitar.
Where are they made? Let me guess-Mexico? Let me also guess you will be answering this with another bullshit link.
Seriously man-time for some medication!
