Default North West UK Jazzers

1) me proto jazz band has Los it's dbl bassist until May! I put him down somewhere and now I don't remember where...
Acutally, he's touring the US wig a folk band, bit we wanna gig, so we're looking for any dbl (preferred) or electric bass players who can play jazz and would be okay hitting up a couple of rehearsals in Liverpool and/or playing gigs in the North West. If you know anyone, please get in touch! We're a quartet of sax (alto and tenor), guitar, dbl bass, and drums, playing a mix of stuff but currently it's mostly funky, modal, and Latin, plus a handful of ballads - not mad superfast bebop (yet...heh,heh).

2) I'm fairly new to jazz, but working hard at it. I'm more than interested in getting together with any player to jam n run tunes, or even check out any nights in Liverpool, Manchester, or somewhere roughly inbetween. Again, if this of interest, get in touch!

Thanks guys. :-)
