Default Jazz musicians around Benevento, Italy

I currently live in an out-of-the-way small village called Cervinara (I'm stuck here for various reasons) in the province of Avellino, about forty minutes by train from Benevento. I have not found any musicians to play with. I stopped playing for close to 15 years, but picked it up about a year and a half ago and I most definitely think I'm ready to get back playing in group situations. I thiought I would give this a try. Are there any people from around this area on the forum?

You can do that with a web-camera? Is this possible? The only things I have seen on web-cams are things like live zoo animals in slow motion with almost no audio.
