Default Follow Up to Chromatic Lesson

I have been asked to post some follow up material for the chromatic lesson that was posted a few weeks ago.

Here are 4 follow up files to the chormatic lesson.

The major modes file is all of the major scale modes
written out in one octave fingerings only using the
finger combinations 24, 124 and 134.

Then the bebop patterns page is all the ways you can
add chromatics to these fingering patterns to make
these scales sound "jazzy."

Then I have other scales written out, 7#11, 7alt,
7b9b13 etc in the same manner.

And the last file is a simple blues that I wrote out
in one octave and then transposed into all the other
three positions so you can see how the same patterns
work all over the neck.

I hope this helps, if you have any questions feel free
to contact me at any time.

Thanks for posting those. Useful information. May I ask what software you used to create these?

I used Sibelius then exported them as a .pdf file. I prefer Sibelius over Finale but that's just my personal opinion, both have good and bad things to them.

Ah, thanks. I have G7, made by Sibelus, but wondered if the full version is worth it.

I believe it is, and if you are a student, or work at a school of music, high school, college or university, you can get the educational edition, it's the same as the full version but at half the price.
