Default How do you find the recordings for omnibook songs

I am playing through some of the solos in the omnibook. Starting on Scrapple From the Apple because I am considering doing it for an audition piece. Is there a way to find the exact recorded solo through itunes or in the complete savoy recordings. I am going to try to match it based on what I hear in the recordings but so far I have not had much luck.

I can't vouch for it, but I just saw this on one of the websites I follow on Google Reader...

Thanks this seems like a good place to start. I will post again after I purchase a few and compare them.

I would recommend doing it the other way around. Use the recording as your primary reference and check in the omnibook for corrections or places you canīt figure out yourself. After having alternated between reading the omnibook and transcribing myself I find the latter much more rewarding.
