Default Non scalar interval exersize!

(Didn't quite know what title to pick?!)

The last couple of days I've been messing around with an exersize that I "made up" (not exactly original but I don't recall anyone has ever mentioned that particular exersize).

It's very basic. Go through the intervals one by one. For example 5 steps each and back starting on A:

1) Half notes: A A# B C C# C B A# A
2) Whole notes: A B C# D# F D# C# B A
3) Thirds....etc

The first are easy because they are respectively a chromatic scale, wholetone scale and dim arp, but then it starts to get interesting....

The exersize seems to be very good for me for many reasons so I just thought I would share it... Besides some of the patterns sound really cool (actually directly usable in improv) like for instance the tritone and the fifth..

PS: Don't forget to sing them too
