Gear Gypsy Guitars in Toronto area?

Hi everyone, this is my first post but definitely not my last.
I've been learning a bit of the gypsy style but it's been on a low-end nylon-string classical. I'm just wondering if anyone from the Toronto area knows of any music stores that would likely carry gypsy-style guitars?

My friend got a great deal on his @ Long&McQuade: Burlington but only because the store had been unable to sell it for so long (I guess gypsy jazz is not very popular-- crazy right?). I'm just basically trying to avoid having to go to a bunch of stores only to find out they have nothing I'm interested in.

So if anyone has any thoughts or recommendations, I'd appreciate it.

-Jim

Hi Jim.
The yellow pages are your friend. Call the stores up and ask.
Seems to me there are more than a couple here in Montreal but with the Lost Fingers gypsy jazz is pretty big right now.

When I was looking for an archtop I just called everyplace. Not like they will have a dozen models. Most only had an epiphone or godin. Any place in TO that has anything would probably just have one or two models as well.

I have never been but am always amazed by 12Fret.com Dont know if they have anythin in your pricerance but check out the site.

GLuck.

Drew

Mojomusic in Oakville has a Gitane 250 on their website other than that possibility I second the 12th Fret.

I was in the Twelfth Fret in January, and I saw several hanging on the wall.
