| | Es 137 Hi,
I am currently playing an Ibanez AS 93, similar to ES 335 Gibson, and am looking at upgrading. I would like to get a Gibson 137 although i haven't played one or even physically seen one. Is there a difference in the width of the two bodies mentioned above?
Also, I would prefer to use a guitar in between a ES 335 and a ES 175 in terms of body width. |

| | Heh, it's all in the way you underline, too.
EDIT: ... although, the way you perceive how wide a guitar body is probably also involves how it sits on your leg, its depth and weight, etc... |

| | In this picture you can also see the deep differences between the ES-137 (blue color) and ES-335. The 137 was about 0.43 inches (1,10 cm) wider than the 335. |

| | That's depth, or body thickness. Width is across the lower bout of the guitar's body. |

| | It's depth. It was just to give another perspective of the differences between the two guitars. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
